Information about users of the Optika Maja website is stored in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on personal data protection, as amended. The user consents to the processing and collection of their personal data in the Optika Maja website database until they express written disagreement with such processing. The user has the right to access their personal data, the right to have it corrected, and other statutory rights. Personal data can be deleted from our database on the user's written request. Comments
When visitors leave a comment on this site, the data shown in the comment form is collected, together with the visitor's IP address and browser user agent string, to help spam detection.
An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see whether you use it. The Gravatar privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to this website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Website visitors can download and extract any location data from images on the site.
Contact forms
When a form is submitted, we keep the name, email address, phone number, website address, IP address and other text data contained in the form fields
Cookies
The cookie policy and information about cookies can be found here
Embedded content from other websites
Posts on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the same way as if the visitor had visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with the embedded content, including tracking your interaction with it if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Who we share your data with
We do not share your data with anyone. The website operator undertakes not to pass users' personal data to any third party.
How long we keep your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are kept indefinitely. This is so that follow-up comments can be recognised and approved automatically instead of being held in a moderation queue.
For users who register on this website (if any), we also store the personal data they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit or delete their personal data at any time (except that they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit this information.
What rights you have
If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request an export file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request the deletion of any personal data we hold about you. This does not include data we are required to keep for administrative, legal or security reasons.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service, which may be located abroad.
